**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **Public Relations Officer (PRO)** to join our team. The PRO will be responsible for building and maintaining a positive public image for VDG Infotech and its brands, ensuring effective communication between the organization, media, stakeholders, and the public.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Media Relations**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
- Write and distribute press releases, articles, and newsworthy content about the company’s initiatives.
- Handle media inquiries and arrange interviews for key stakeholders.
- **Brand Promotion**:

- Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance the visibility and reputation of VDG Infotech and its sub-brands.
- Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns, events, and launches.
- **Crisis Management**:

- Act as the spokesperson for the company during crises, ensuring accurate and timely communication.
- Develop strategies to mitigate potential PR risks.
- **Content Development**:

- Create compelling content for press releases, speeches, blogs, social media, and newsletters.
- Ensure all communications align with the company’s vision, mission, and values.
- **Internal Communication**:

- Foster transparent communication within the organization.
- Develop materials to keep employees informed about company news, achievements, and updates.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Organize meetings, seminars, and community events to promote goodwill.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Public Relations Officer or similar role, preferably in the education or technology sectors.
- Exceptional communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of media relations and social media platforms.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage crises effectively.
- Creative mindset with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
