Position Summary Level: Manager or equivalent As a Manager at Deloitte Consulting, you will drive the design, implementation, and delivery of cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions for our clients. This role combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership capabilities and exceptional client management skills. You will serve as a bridge between complex technical implementations and business objectives, leading development teams while effectively communicating with stakeholders at all levels. We implement and operate the technology platforms that enable personalized content, commerce and marketing user-centric experiences. In doing so, we transform our clients marketing and engagement operations into modern, data-driven, creatively focused organizations. Our team brings deep experience in creative and digital marketing capabilities by a combination of key focus areas i.e, Brand, Advertising, Experiences, Content, Marketing, Commerce, Products, Data and measurement/analysis. Qualifications Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications : - 1014 years of total experience in cloud-based solution architecture, with at least 5+ years focused on Conversational AI, Agentic AI, and Generative AI ecosystems. - Proven expertise in designing and architecting large-scale conversational platforms leveraging Amazon Connect, Lex, Lambda, Polly, Comprehend, and Bedrock. - Hands-on experience integrating LLMs (Claude, Titan, or custom Bedrock models) for RAG-based responses, AI agent orchestration, and knowledge-grounded conversations. - Deep understanding of AWS-native AI/ML stack including SageMaker, Kendra, Bedrock, Glue, Redshift, S3, EventBridge, and API Gateway. - Experience architecting Agentic AI frameworks involving multi-agent systems, memory persistence, contextual reasoning, tool-calling, and self-optimizing workflows. - Proficiency in Python, Node.js, and microservices architecture with a strong background in API design, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (ECS/EKS). - Capability to lead solution discovery, technical workshops, and architecture reviews, aligning AI solutions with business strategy and compliance standards. - In-depth knowledge of AWS Well-Architected Framework, security best practices, and responsible AI principles for regulated industries. - Experience developing analytics pipelines for conversational insights using Kinesis, QuickSight, or Athena. - Excellent client engagement and leadership skills able to mentor cross-functional teams and drive end-to-end delivery across global programs. Good To Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications - AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional - Experience working with Amazon Q, Bedrock Guardrails, and Prompt Flow orchestration for enterprise-grade trust and governance. - Exposure to Contact Center AI modernization projects using Genesys, NICE CXone, or Five9 integrations with AWS.
