At Hotel Aida a billing clerk and cashier s responsibilities include greeting customers processing payments accurately and managing the cash register They must also verify bills handle customer inquiries maintain a clean workstation and reconcile cash at the end of their shift Core responsibilities Customer service Greet customers answer questions about the menu and offers handle complaints and resolve billing disputes Transaction processing Accurately process various payment methods like cash credit debit cards and mobile payments Issue receipts or change as needed Billing and order management Verify bills against food and drink orders before finalizing payment Assist with or take customer orders and handle takeaway orders Cash and POS management Maintain the cash register accurately record transactions in the Point of Sale POS system and reconcile the cash drawer at the end of each shift Cash handling Follow all cash handling and security protocols and ensure the cashier counter is clean and organized Administrative tasks Keep records of transactions and may need to assist with basic accounting or administrative tasks Qualification B Com or any Degree Diploma Computer knowledge Prior work experience in a hotel restaurant is a plus Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
