Location Kottayam Kerala Experience 2 years in FMCG sector industries We re looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Officer to join our team in the Kottayam section The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the fast-moving consumer goods FMCG market and a proven track record of achieving sales targets Responsibilities Market Development Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory expanding the company s market share and distribution network Sales Distribution Manage and grow relationships with existing retailers distributors and wholesalers Ensure product availability visibility and proper merchandising in all retail outlets Target Achievement Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators KPIs set by the company Reporting Submit timely and accurate sales reports market feedback and competitor activities to the management Customer Relationship Build and maintain strong long-lasting customer relationships by providing excellent service and support Requirements Experience Minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales within the FMCG sector is mandatory Skills Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently Mobility Must possess a valid Indian driving license and a two-wheeler for daily travel within the territory Education Higher Secondary Above Job Type Full-time Pay From 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
