About Us Joy is a leading ice cream manufacturing company established in 1948 With decades of excellence we pride ourselves on delivering quality products that bring happiness to our customers Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Officer to drive our brand s growth in Kottayam The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence building strong relationships with distributors and retailers and achieving sales targets Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors retailers and other stakeholders Monitor and analyze market trends competitor activities and customer preferences Execute promotional activities and ensure timely delivery of marketing campaigns Meet or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory Take Order from Outlets Regularly report sales performance and market insights to management Requirements A minimum of a bachelor s degree 1-5 years of experience in FMCG sales and marketing Ice cream or Frozen Foods preferred Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region Selection Process Candidates will be selected based on a direct interview This is an urgent requirement and appointments will be made at the earliest Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Education Bachelor s Required Experience Marketing 1 year Required Work Location In person
