Job Title: Associate – Customer Support (Japanese Language)

Location: Cyberjaya, Malaysia

Salary range: 8000 RM - 8500 RM

About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Associate – Customer Support. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and are proficient in the Japanese language.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide prompt and professional customer support through email, chat, or phone in Japanese.
- Assist customers by understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
- Document interactions accurately in internal systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain service quality standards.

Requirements

- Japanese Language Proficiency: N1 level (JLPT) or Native-level fluency in speaking, reading, and writing is mandatory.
- Experience: No prior experience required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Relocation: Must be willing to relocate and work in Japan.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Open to relocate to Cyberjaya, Malaysia
