Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales & Business Development Specialist based in India. Responsibilities include driving sales growth, identifying and engaging with potential clients, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, delivering trainings or presentations to clients, and collaborating with teams to execute effective sales strategies. The role also involves sales management, actively contributing to achieving sales targets and fostering long-term partnerships with clients. Qualifications - Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships. - Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Experience with Training and the ability to effectively convey knowledge to both clients and internal teams. - Proficient negotiation and problem-solving skills. - Ability to collaborate in a team environment while also working independently when needed. - Knowledge of marketing technology or experience in the MarTech and Digital Marketing sector is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Salary - Based on relevant skills and experience.
