Digital Media Ad Sales Manager – Full-Time (Remote) Company: 4PM News Network Location: Delhi, India (Remote Work) About Us 4PM News Network is one of India’s fastest-growing independent digital news platforms, known for fearless journalism and high-engagement content. With a strong presence on YouTube and social media, we are expanding our revenue team and looking for a dynamic Digital Media Ad Sales Manager. Job Description We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Digital Media Ad Sales Manager to lead advertising revenue efforts across our digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong industry connections, a deep understanding of digital ad sales, and the ability to pitch, negotiate, and close high-value deals. Key Responsibilities - Identify, pitch, and close ad sales deals with brands, agencies, startups, and media buyers - Develop and execute revenue strategies for YouTube, social media, branded content, and integrated campaigns - Manage relationships with clients and agencies to ensure repeat business - Create customized ad packages, sponsorship decks, and solutions tailored to client needs - Collaborate with editorial and production teams to deliver brand-safe, high-value campaigns - Track industry trends and generate new revenue opportunities - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets - Maintain sales reports, CRM tracking, and pipeline management Requirements - 2–6 years of experience in digital media ad sales, preferably in news, media, or entertainment - Strong network with brands, PR agencies, media buyers, and advertising partners - Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills - Understanding of YouTube ads, branded content, influencer marketing, and programmatic basics - Ability to work independently and meet revenue goals - Strong presentation and proposal-building skills Preferred Skills - Experience in selling YouTube and social media campaigns - Strong understanding of digital advertising metrics & performance tracking - Ability to create attractive media plans & sponsorship proposals - Knowledge of Hindi/English digital content and current affairs What We Offer - Attractive revenue-based incentives - Remote working flexibility - Independence to build your own network and strategies - Opportunity to work with a fast-growing digital news brand - Fast career growth for high performers How to Apply - Apply directly through and submit the google form-
