Role Description This is a remote role for an IT Infrastructure Management Support professional. The role involves managing and maintaining IT infrastructure systems, ensuring optimal performance, and providing troubleshooting and technical support to internal and external stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include overseeing system updates, managing security protocols, and ensuring overall system reliability and efficiency. Scope of Work You will be responsible for managing and maintaining our core IT ecosystem, which includes: 🔹 Microsoft 365 Cloud Directory (users, access, security policies, device mgmt.) 🔹 AWS Cloud Servers (data storage, backups, server health, monitoring) 🔹 End-user support for ~70 employees (basic troubleshooting, onboarding/offboarding) 🔹 Email, identity, MFA, device security & patching 🔹 Network, VPN, and firewall configuration oversight 🔹 Regular IT hygiene + compliance checks 🔹 Incident & ticket management with SLAs ✅ Ideal Partner We’re seeking an IT infra/MSP provider who is: ✔ Based in USA/India ✔ Strong experience with M365 Admin Center + Azure AD ✔ Skilled in AWS EC2, S3, IAM, backup & monitoring tools ✔ Comfortable providing remote support across time zones ✔ Strong focus on security, uptime, and documentation ✔ Offers predictable monthly pricing 🤝 Engagement Model - Fully remote - Long-term partnership - Simple, predictable monthly managed IT service contract
