We are seeking a skilled and passionate Diamond Faculty to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in diamond grading and sorting, practical industry experience, and a flair for teaching.

Key Responsibilities:

- Teach Diamond Grading (4Cs, certification standards, sorting techniques) to diploma and advanced-level students.
- Conduct hands-on lab sessions using professional diamond grading tools and equipment (e.g., microscope, loupe).
- Evaluate student performance through practical and theoretical assessments.
- Stay updated with global grading standards, treatments, and market trends.
- Guide students with academic and career counseling.
- Maintain lab instruments and ensure accurate handling of diamonds.
- Contribute to course development, paper setting, and evaluations.
- Represent the institute at events, exhibitions, and guest lectures when required.

Required Qualifications:

- Graduate/Diploma in Diamond Grading from a recognized institute.
- 2–5 years of teaching or industry experience in diamond grading or sorting.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Proficiency in English (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).
- Familiarity with digital teaching tools (PowerPoint, digital microscopes, etc.).

- Attention to detail, professionalism, and academic discipline.
- Any Relevant study certification from recognized institute or university.
