To accelerate our global expansion, we are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) with proven experience in handling international clients and strong expertise in online bidding platforms.
Key Responsibilities Identify, generate, and manage new business opportunities on platforms like Upwork, Guru, LinkedIn, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.
Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.
Draft and present customized proposals to secure projects.
Collaborate with the digital marketing team to align client needs with service delivery.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly business growth targets.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and competitor activities.
Negotiate project scopes, budgets, and agreements with clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in Business Development within the Digital Marketing industry.
Demonstrated success in working with international clients.
Expertise in online bidding portals (Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, LinkedIn, etc.).
Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, SMM, PPC, Content Marketing, Web Development).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work independently.
