. Maintain and repair CNC machines and accessories to ensure maximum uptime through condition-based and preventive maintenance
and root cause analysis.
. Supervise maintenance technicians and contractors for efficient task execution.
. Uphold a safe, accident-free work environment by enforcing safety standards.
. Machine Availability - MTTR, MTBR, Availability, QMS Audit.
. Internal contacts: Production, Quality, Purchases and SQA
. External contacts: Suppliers, customers, subcontractors, auditors, research institutes, universities
Your profile as Maintenance Manager:
. Education & Qualifications: Diploma / bachelor's degree in engineering (Preferably in Mechanical or Electrical)
. Years of relevant experience: 08 to 10 Years of Experience.
. Functional/Technical competences (max 8)
General Knowledge in CNC machine and functions.
Knowledge on controls used (Siemens, Fanuc)
Problem solving ability to reduce machine down time
Knowledge on using problem solving tools
Knowledge on Hydraulic, Hydrostatic and Pneumatics
Knowledge on software's like Simatic manager, Scada, LabVIEW etc.
Knowledge on Seals and O rings
Knowledge on Oils
