Key Responsibilities: - Handle end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and payroll coordination. - Manage employee lifecycle activities, statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity), and HR documentation. - Support performance management, training & development, and employee engagement initiatives. - Drive HR policies, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling. - Coordinate with plant teams for manpower planning, shift management, and shop-floor HR requirements. - Ensure smooth execution of audits and maintain HR MIS reports. Requirements: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or related field. - Experience in a manufacturing / plant environment. - Strong knowledge of labour laws, HRIS systems, and time-office management. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people-management skills.
