Qualifications - Strong leadership and team management skills - Experience in budgeting and financial management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines - Proficiency in using office software and management tools - Knowledge of healthcare industry practices and regulations is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field - Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role is preferred
