Job Description Job Title: US Property & Casualty Lead Location: Bangalore Experience: 4+ Years CTC: Up to 8.5 LPA Shift: Rotational Shifts Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Role Overview: We are looking for a US Property & Casualty (P&C) Lead to manage and drive operations excellence for our insurance process. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in team management, and a solid understanding of property & casualty insurance operations, ensuring service delivery within SLAs and maintaining high client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and manage daily performance of the team against SLAs to ensure predictable delivery. - Prevent billing loss by maintaining accurate operational and financial controls. - Lead talent management initiatives, including career development and succession planning. - Maintain high employee engagement, morale, and low attrition through effective leadership. - Drive improvements in Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores through process excellence. - Prepare and present reports to internal stakeholders and clients. - Identify and address process gaps, recommending and implementing reengineering solutions. - Manage process transitions efficiently without business impact. - Stay updated with industry trends, new products, and process changes to drive innovation. - Collaborate with cross-functional/enabler teams to ensure seamless operations. - Lead and manage a team of 1520 FTEs, ensuring performance alignment and productivity. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 4+ years of experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance operations with leadership exposure. - Proven ability to manage teams (1520 members) and meet operational KPIs. - Strong understanding of US Insurance processes and compliance standards. - Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Experience in reporting, process improvement, and SLA management. - Flexible to work in rotational shifts.
