JD FOR SOCIAL MEDIA EXECUTIVE The Social Media Executive Client Servicing will be responsible for managing andnurturing client relationships ensuring the successful execution of digital marketingcampaigns and driving client satisfaction This role requires a deep understanding of digitalmarketing strategies excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multipleclients and projects simultaneously KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Client Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients Understand clients business goals marketing objectives and challenges Campaign Strategy and Execution Collaborate with clients to define digital marketing strategies and campaign objectives Develop comprehensive digital marketing plans including SEO SEM socialmedia email marketing and content marketing Oversee the execution of campaigns ensuring they are delivered on time within budget and meet or exceed client expectations Project Management Manage multiple client projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery and quality control Coordinate with internal teams including creative content SEO PPC and social media specialists to ensure cohesive campaign execution Monitor project progress and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes Performance Analysis and Reporting Track and analyze campaign performance metrics using tools like Google analytics SEMrush and social media analytics platforms Prepare and present detailed reports to clients highlighting key insights successes and areas for improvement Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to optimize future campaigns Conduct regular client meetings presentations and performance reviews Team Collaboration and Leadership Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment on client projects Mentor and guide junior team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement Stay updated with industry trends emerging technologies and best practices to drive innovation within the team QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field EXPERIENCE AND EXPERTISE 2 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on client servicing and account management Preferably 2 years work experience in a Digital Marketing or Advertising Agency Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO PPC social media email marketing and content marketing Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Proactive detail-oriented and highly organized Experience with CRM software and project management tools is a plus What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to work with a dynamic and creative team Professional development and growth opportunities
