Role Description The Relationship Manager SME Sales will be responsible for sourcing and managing SME clients for working capital and business banking products. The role involves understanding client requirements, offering suitable financial solutions, and building long-term relationships with business owners. Qualifications - Graduate or Postgraduate - 37 years of experience in SME or business banking sales. - Strong knowledge of working capital, term loans, and trade finance products. Key Responsibilities - Acquire new SME clients for working capital, term loans, and other business finance products. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to enhance business share. - Identify market opportunities and generate new business leads through field visits and referrals. - Conduct credit assessment, documentation, and coordinate with internal credit and operations teams. - Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to branch and regional growth. - Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements in all customer dealings. - Provide clients with regular product updates and cross-sell banking products to maximize portfolio value.
