Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Surat for the position of Export Sales Manager. The Export Sales Manager will be responsible for managing export operations, devising business plans, and building relationships with international clients. Other day-to-day responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, managing sales processes, developing strategies to grow export revenue, and coordinating efforts to ensure smooth execution and logistics for international transactions. Qualifications - Experience in Export, International Sales, and International Business - Strong skills in Sales and Business Planning - Proven track record in developing new business opportunities and managing client relationships - Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills - Knowledge of export documentation, compliance, and logistics processes - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and meet sales targets - Previous experience in the bag manufacturing industry is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field
