Job Description Job Title-Export Manager Location- Surat Experience-1 -3 Years As a Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager Export Marketing, you will be responsible for driving international sales, building long-term client relationships, and implementing export marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in international markets to achieve sales targets. Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with global customers, handle inquiries, and provide end-to-end support. Export Documentation: Oversee pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation, ensuring compliance with export rules, customs regulations, and Incoterms. Market Research & Analysis: Monitor global trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities. Pricing & Negotiation: Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize contracts with international clients. Coordination: Collaborate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery and smooth operations. Marketing Support: Assist in digital campaigns, trade exhibitions, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility overseas. Reporting: Prepare monthly/quarterly export reports and update management on sales performance and market feedback. Qualifications & Skills Required: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, International Business, or related field. 13 years of experience in Export Marketing or International Sales. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional foreign language skills will be a plus. Knowledge of export documentation, international shipping procedures, and trade compliance. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines. Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
