Job Description Trading Enabler , AS Position Overview Job Title: Trading Enabler Location: Mumbai, India Corporate Title:Associate Role Description - Deutsche India Private Limited (DIPL) is seeking to hire a qualified candidate to work with the SCF team (part of Credit Solutions EU in GFCT). The team has extensive experience in a wide spectrum of transactions like Illiquid Asset Monetization, Repo Financing for ABS and Non-ABS assets, Derivative solutions for corporates to monetize contractual cash flows and other Structured Credit products.Team has a long relationship with DIPL and provides an opportunity for onshore movement for suitable candidates. What we'll offer you As part of our flexible scheme, here are just some of the benefits that you'll enjoy - Best in class leave policy - Gender neutral parental leaves - 100% reimbursement under childcare assistance benefit (gender neutral) - Sponsorship for Industry relevant certifications and education - Employee Assistance Program for you and your family members - Comprehensive Hospitalization Insurance for you and your dependents - Accident and Term life Insurance - Complementary Health screening for 35 yrs. and above Your key responsibilities - Structuring and executing transactions involving a variety of financial instruments (loans, RCFs, bonds, credit and interest rate derivatives) and various legal formats (loans, repos, swaps and total return swap) - Managing robust/sustainable collateral monitoring framework, trouble shoot day-to-day PnL and Collateral issues and automation of routine tasks, maintenance of desk risk reports. - Helping desk in managing various risks (market risk, funding risk, credit risk, ROE charges, gap risk etc) - Preparing quarterly covenant monitoring dashboards to monitor existing positions. - Direct market monitoring & market interaction through pricing debt instruments for risk & collateral purpose. - Maintenance of existing trades rebalancing triggers to ensure efficient risk hedging by the desk. - Assisting in execution of transactions end to end including pricing, modelling, approvals and legal documentation - Preparing Pnl and financial resources forecast and monitoring financial resources utilization on the book Your skills and experience Technical skills: - Team player with strong communication skills and attention to detail. - Strong academic background. - Preference for candidates who understands fundamental credit analysis, specifically distressed debt market. - Comfortable with analyzing legal documents, Facility Agreements, and conduct Covenant Analysis - Strong quantitative and analytical skills. - Intellectually curious, and ready to work under pressure.
