Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Investment Operations Associate, located in Ahmedabad. The Investment Operations Associate will be responsible for executing and managing daily investment operations. Responsibilities include preparing investment reports, reconciling transactions, ensuring accurate records, monitoring portfolios for performance and compliance, and supporting client documentation processes. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders will also be an integral part of the role. Qualifications - Strong analytical and numerical skills, with proficiency in data management tools and financial software. - Familiarity with investment products, portfolio management, and financial instruments. - Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills to ensure operational accuracy. - Proficiency in client communication and teamwork to coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders. - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree or professional certifications like CFA is a plus). - Ability to work independently and adapt to dynamic business requirements. Prior experience in investment operations or financial services is advantageous.
