Position: Executive Assistant to Co-Founder - Shravan Shroff

Essential Criteria

Education

• Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree (mandatory).

• understanding of finance and accounting basics.

Experience

• Minimum of 2–3 years’ professional experience in an assistant, analyst, or coordination role.

• Exposure to financial, business, or research-oriented environments preferred.

Location Preference - Mumbai; proximity to office in Andheri West preferred, but open to applicants from across the city.

• AI-first mindset: Confident, regular user of AI tools (research, drafting, scheduling, analysis, automation).

• Excellent command of written and spoken English.

• Open, transparent communicator.

• Technical proficiency: MS Office, Google Workspace; familiarity with financial reporting tools desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Support senior leadership with daily assistance: scheduling, reporting, and task follow-ups.

• Draft and review documents, briefs, and correspondence with clarity and precision.

• Prepare financial and business reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Conduct research using AI tools and conventional sources.

• Act as a confident liaison with internal and external stakeholders.

• Contribute to project coordination, presentations, and other administrative tasks.
