We are seeking a talented and visionary co-founder to join our team and help us build a world-class fintech. As the CFO and co-founder, you will play a critical role in developing and executing our investment strategy and driving long-term growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement investment strategies to maximize returns and minimize risk.
- Monitor the performance of our investment portfolios and make adjustments as needed.
- Partner with the executive team to develop and execute long-term growth plans.
- Oversee financial reporting, accounting, and analysis to ensure accurate and timely information is available to senior leadership.
- Manage relationships with key investors and lenders.
- Raise equity capital to support corporate development initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or other relevant field; an MBA in finance is preferred.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in investment management.
- Strong business acumen with excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Results-driven with excellent strategic and analytical aptitudes.
- Prior experience as a co-founder or founding team member preferred.

We offer equity participation 5%

**Salary**: ₹334,690.50 - ₹1,583,011.60 per year
