Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Internship Trainee located in the Kolkata metropolitan area, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Internship Trainee will support the planning and execution of various events, manage vendor communications, assist in creative ideation, and handle logistical coordination. Daily tasks include researching event trends, compiling event materials, preparing reports, and providing on-site support during events.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Team player with a positive attitude and a passion for events
- Prior experience in event planning or related field is a plus
- Pursuing or having completed a Bachelor&aposs degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field
