At TE you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer sustainable and more connected world Job Overview Leverages data and insights to drive digital marketing strategy and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Manager of Data Analytics to lead the analytics function within our DDN Marketing team This role is critical to driving data-informed decisions across digital ecommerce campaign performance and customer engagement initiatives The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical expertise leadership experience and a collaborative mindset to partner with cross-functional teams KEY RESPONSBILITIES Lead the development and execution of marketing analytics strategies to enable cross-functional teams including marketing sales and product management Lead deep-dive analysis of customer journey data website digital engagement data commercial data such as POS eCommerce data to generate regular insights for business Conduct comprehensive market research to identify and analyze market trends customer needs and competitive landscape Develop and refine target customer profiles based on firmographics and behavioral data Identify and evaluate potential applications for products with a focus on high-growth opportunities Own and optimize dashboards scorecards and reporting tools for performance tracking and business insights Collaborate with marketing sales and product teams to define KPIs and measurement frameworks Drive data governance and ensure accuracy consistency and usability of marketing data Partner with global and regional stakeholders to align on analytics priorities and share best practices DESIRED SKILLS Accountability Taking responsibility for owned projects from beginning to end and holding others accountable Able to translate complex data into actionable insights that resonate with different audiences Proactive in sharing insights best practices with cross-functional partners Detail-Oriented Pays close attention to detail ensuring accuracy and quality in all tasks Quick learner with a proactive attitude and a strong willingness to learn What your background should look like Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with 12 or more years of experience or Masters degree with 10 or more years of experience or PhD level with 6 or more years of experience or local equivalent Competencies SET Strategy Execution Talent for managers Location Bangalore KA IN 560076 City Bangalore State KA Country Region IN Travel Less than 10 Requisition ID 140789 Alternative Locations Function Sales Marketing
