Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Recruiter based in Kerala, India. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. The Recruiter will also develop recruitment strategies, maintain candidate pipelines, and collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs. The role requires the ability to work both on-site and remotely.

Qualifications

- Skills in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies
- Ability to maintain candidate pipelines and manage onboarding processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
- Relevant experience in the microfinance or financial services industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
