Job Description Job Title: Sales Head PEB Division Location: Hyderabad Department: Sales & Business Development Reporting To: Managing Director / General Manager Job Summary: The Sales Head will lead and manage the overall sales operations for the PEB division, driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring revenue targets are achieved. The role involves building and mentoring a strong sales team, expanding market presence, and maintaining strong customer relationships in the industrial and infrastructure sectors. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve organizational goals and market share growth. - Identify and develop new business opportunities across industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors. - Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing sales team across multiple regions. - Manage key accounts and maintain strong client relationships with consultants, architects, contractors, and end customers. - Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and business potential to plan effective sales strategies. - Drive pricing strategy, negotiation, and contract finalization. - Coordinate with design, estimation, and project execution teams to ensure timely and accurate project delivery. - Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare forecasts, and report to senior management. - Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to enhance brand visibility. Key Skills & Competencies: - Strong knowledge of PEB systems, steel structures, and construction industry. - Proven leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. - Strategic thinker with strong analytical and decision-making skills. - Customer-focused approach with ability to manage large key accounts. Qualification & Experience: - Education: B.E / B.Tech in Civil / Mechanical Engineering (MBA in Marketing preferred). - Experience: 1218 years of experience in Sales & Business Development in the PEB industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. - Preferred Background: Candidates from PEB manufacturers or structural steel companies.
