Job Title Specialist, Technical Professional Services Job Posting Title: Specialist, Implementation Consultant/ Conversion Analyst Requisition Number What does a successful Implementation Consultantdo We're seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Implementation Consultant to join our FinTech team. You'll be responsible for delivering seamless implementations of our financial technology solutions for clients, ensuring timely delivery, regulatory compliance, and high customer satisfaction. This is a critical role that bridges the gap between clients and internal teams to deliver value quickly and efficiently. You will be responsible for timely and accurate conversion of new and existing servicer data to Fiserv Core Banking systems, from both internal and external sources. This role is responsible to provide data analysis and consultancy for client projects and to accommodate other adhoc data updates to meet client requests. The IC must have the ability to listen and understand the client's business challenges and opportunities. This will allow them to provide directions to the clients to achieve their objectives and success. Working with financial services data means a high priority on accuracy and adherence to procedures and guidelines. What You Will Do - Collaborate with financial institutions and clients to gather business requirements and define solution scope. - Lead the end-to-end implementation of FinTech products, including onboarding, configuration, testing, and go-live. - Customize solutions to align with client-specific workflows, regulatory requirements, and financial reporting standards. - Provide hands-on support and training to clients during and after implementation. - Act as the primary point of contact throughout the implementation lifecycle, ensuring transparency and client confidence. - Coordinate with Product, Engineering, QA, and Compliance teams to ensure successful delivery. - Document project status, decisions, configurations, and data mappings. What You Must Have - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in implementation consulting, ideally in a FinTech, banking and financial services environment. - Associate should possess good knowledge of Retail and Commercial Banking processes and concepts. - Thorough understanding of Banking concepts and domain knowledge on Loans and Deposits, KYC, ACH processing, A/C maintenance, Interest calculations and FTM transactions. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-compliance environment. What Would Be Great To Have - Experience with core banking systems, payment gateways, or investment platforms. - Knowledge of SQL, data mapping, and financial data migration. - Familiarity with Agile project methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.). - Certifications like PMP, CSM, or FinTech-specific credentials are a plus.
