Job Description Job Title: Corparate Relations Manager Location: AKASA Coworking Building Sector 62, Noida (100% Onsite) Experience Required: 3-6 Years Shift: Night Shift (7Pm to 4Am) Preference: Females candidates preferred (Local candidates only) Immediate joiners preferred Job Overview We are seeking an experienced client relations manager to manage key client accounts, maintain strong professional relationships, and support service delivery. The role requires consistent communication, structured follow-ups, and the ability to resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. This position is fully onsite in Noida. Key Responsibilities Served as the main point of contact for assigned clients and ensured timely resolution of queries and concerns. Maintained long-term, trust-based client relationships to support satisfaction and retention. Understood client requirements and coordinated with internal teams to ensure accurate delivery of services. Conducted regular follow-ups to ensure smooth service execution and identified potential business opportunities. Maintained complete and accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and service updates through CRM tools. Reviewed client data to identify trends and recommended improvements where needed. Prepared reports, presentations, and client documentation as required. Coordinated with sales, operations, and support teams to maintain alignment with client expectations. Managed escalations professionally and ensured resolution within agreed timelines. Supported client engagement activities including feedback calls, review meetings, and satisfaction assessments.
