Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Consultant located in Mumbai. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their needs, recommending suitable products, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. They will also be responsible for consulting with customers to help them make informed purchase decisions and maintaining a high standard of communication throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

- Sales Consulting and Customer Service skills
- Strong Communication and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Experience in consulting customers on purchase decisions
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in retail or furniture industry is a plus
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
