Teaching Associate Centre for Online Education
About the Role:
The Teaching Associate will support faculty in delivering high-quality online education, engaging with learners, and managing academic activities for various programs under the Centre for Online Education. This is a fixed-term appointment for 24 months.
Departments & Programs:
- Computer Science: BCA, MCA, M.Sc. AIML
- Statistics & Data Science: M.Sc. Data Science
- Economics: MA Applied Economics
- English: MA English with Communication Studies
- Commerce: BCom
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist faculty in delivering live sessions, webinars, and virtual lab activities.
- Respond promptly to learner queries via discussion forums and other communication channels.
- Support the creation of teaching materials, assessments, quizzes, and instructional content.
- Evaluate assignments, projects, and quizzes as per rubrics and grading guidelines.
- Upload e-content, e-tutorials, and related learning materials to the Learning Management System (LMS).
Eligibility Criteria:
- Consistent good academic record.
- Postgraduate degree in the relevant discipline.
