Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in Jaipur for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager plays a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering solutions to promote their products and services effectively. Daily responsibilities include client acquisition, regular communication with clients, addressing inquiries, identifying new business opportunities, and providing support to achieve sales and business development goals. Qualifications - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Experience in client handling, client relationship management, and customer service - Ability to analyze requirements, identify business opportunities, and provide innovative solutions - Sales and marketing experience with a focus on exceeding targets - Proficiency in CRM tools and basic knowledge of MS Office - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and effective at working in an on-site team environment - Prior experience in B2B or a related industry is an advantage - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
