The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to promote Vastu's housing finance solutions. Daily tasks include client acquisition, understanding customer needs, providing customized solutions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also entails coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless loan processing and addressing customer concerns or queries efficiently. Qualifications - Strong relationship management and customer service skills with a focus on client acquisition and retention - Sales and negotiation skills for effectively promoting products and achieving targets - Knowledge of housing finance solutions and understanding loan processing procedures - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client trust - Proficiency in local language(s) of the region and an understanding of the market dynamics - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; prior experience in financial services or sales is preferred - Ability to work independently and achieve targets within deadlines
