We are looking for a Legal and Law professional with 2-6 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance to the organization, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, and representing the company in legal proceedings when necessary. This is a permanent position, and work-from-home arrangements are welcome.

Responsibilities

- Provide legal advice and guidance to the organization on a wide range of legal matters, including corporate law, commercial law, labor law, and intellectual property law
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including drafting and reviewing contracts, policies, and procedures
- Represent the company in legal proceedings, including drafting and filing legal documents, conducting legal research, and negotiating settlements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and manage legal risks
- Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that may affect the company

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputed university
- 2-6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with a law firm or corporate legal department
- Strong knowledge of Indian laws and regulations, including corporate law, commercial law, labor law, and intellectual property law
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and manage legal risks
- Experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, policies, and procedures
- Experience in representing clients in legal proceedings, including drafting and filing legal documents, conducting legal research, and negotiating settlements
- Fluency in English and Hindi, with excellent legal writing and drafting skills
