We are looking for **law interns** to handle job duties including drafting legal documents, contracts, helping the law firm, playing supporting roles in all matters related to our company's legal activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Working on compliance and legal due diligence of various companies under the guidance of seniors lawyers.
- Drafting and vetting of commercial or legal agreements and arrangements.
- Coordinating with seniors for the transaction documents and assisting in streamlining the process.
- Handling any other legal work as may be required.

**Job Requirements**
- The highest levels of initiative, creativity, and good judgment.
- Experienced Law Student.
- Excellent research, writing, analytical and communication skills.
- Well-organized, self-directed, and able to complete multiple tasks in a timely and efficient manner.

**Stipend-** 5,000 PM

Please note that this will be an in-office internship.
