Greetings from Synergy Resource Solutions www synergyresource co in a leading recruitment consultancy firm Our client is a registered Non-Banking Financial Company Investment and Credit Category offering integrated financial solutions across investments asset management and structured credit Through our Alternate Investment Fund AIF platform we focus on delivering superior risk-adjusted returns via investments in structured equity debt and hybrid strategies Our philosophy is rooted in discipline transparency and performance-driven asset management backed by strong governance and operational frameworks Designation Fund Manager - Category III AIF Qualification CA CFA CS or MBA Finance preferred Certification requirement NISM compulsory Gender Any Experience 7-12 years years of post-qualification experience Working days Mon to Saturday - 9 30 AM - 6 30 PM Salary INR 80 000 to 1 00 000 Month Position Overview We invite applications from accomplished professionals for the position of Fund Manager - Category III AIF based in Ahmedabad The incumbent will lead the investment operational and compliance functions of the AIF ensuring complete regulatory adherence in accordance with SEBI AIF Regulations Key Responsibilities Investment Portfolio Management Formulate and implement fund investment strategies aligned with the Fund s objectives and SEBI AIF guidelines Evaluate and execute investment opportunities across equity debt and hybrid instruments Monitor portfolio performance and manage risk-return parameters Collaborate with the Investment Committee on portfolio allocation and decision-making Operations Compliance Supervise end-to-end fund operations including fund accounting NAV computation investor transactions and audits Ensure strict compliance with SEBI AIF Regulations Companies Act FEMA and other statutory requirements Liaise with custodians fund administrators auditors and legal advisors for smooth and compliant fund operations Oversee preparation and submission of SEBI filings investor communications and disclosure reports Investor Relations Manage investor onboarding documentation and ongoing reporting Support fundraising activities and assist in investor meetings and portfolio presentations Candidate Profile 7-12 years of relevant experience in AIF PMS Investment Management Fund Operations In-depth knowledge of SEBI AIF Regulations and fund structuring Strong understanding of compliance fund accounting and performance analytics Excellent leadership communication and decision-making skills Professional qualifications such as CA CFA CS or MBA Finance preferred Mandatory NISM Certification - NISM-Series-XIX-C Alternative Investment Fund Managers Certification Examination - Preferably NISM-Series-XIX-E Category III Alternative Investment Fund Managers Certification Examination applicable from 2025 onward What We Offer Opportunity to lead and scale a Category III AIF platform with a strong institutional foundation Exposure to innovative and structured investment strategies across diverse sectors A professional ethical and collaborative work culture Competitive compensation commensurate with experience and performance Candidates matching this requirement can share their updated resume with details of their present salary expectations notice period
