Strategic Ownership - Develop and own the annual and quarterly marketing strategy aligned with business targets. - Identify key market opportunities, define customer segments, and priorities initiatives. - Create frameworks for positioning our platform as a trusted leader in bonds and fixed-income investing. Campaign & Channel Leadership - Guide the team across content, performance marketing, brand, social media, SEO, and partnerships. - Review and approve major campaigns, ensuring message clarity, compliance, and effectiveness. - Evaluate channel performance and optimize for cost efficiency and ROI. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with Product, Sales, and Operations to align marketing with product launches and investor communication. - Support sales funnels by ensuring strong messaging, lead quality, and targeted campaigns. Team Leadership & Governance - Mentor content, design, and performance teams with clear direction and structured processes. - Implement dashboards, KPIs, and review mechanisms to ensure consistent output and accountability. - Ensure compliance with all financial marketing guidelines and internal quality standards. Market Intelligence - Track industry trends, competitor movements, regulatory updates, and investor behavior patterns to refine strategy. - Identify new growth opportunities in the fixed-income category.
