About Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you'll contribute to the planning and execution of high-performing digital campaigns for our clients across platforms like Facebook, Google, and others. From media buying and data analysis to content support and reporting, you'll work alongside strategists and creatives to deliver performance-driven outcomes. Occasionally, you may also assist with social media posting and scheduling to ensure alignment with campaign timelines and client deliverables. Key Skills • Proficient in advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and others. • Solid data analysis skills, with a focus on key metrics and data-driven insights. • Familiarity with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel. • Strong understanding of social media marketing, content planning, and scheduling. • Experience contributing to high-performing digital marketing campaigns. • Exposure to strategic thinking, scale management, and cross-functional collaboration. • Effective communication skills for clear articulation and client presentation. • Strong adaptability to respond to changing trends and client needs. • Results-oriented mindset focused on achieving performance and business objectives. Your Responsibilities • Contribute to the development and implementation of performance marketing strategies for client campaigns. • Assist in the management and optimization of advertising campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, and others. • Participate in A/B testing, monitor key campaign metrics, and identify areas for optimization. • Collaborate with analytics and media teams to track, interpret, and report on campaign performance. • Support the planning and execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns, ensuring timelines and KPIs are met. • Help implement insights from analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and ad dashboards. • Posting or scheduling social media content for clients as needed to ensure consistency in campaign execution.
