Job Description:
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for making calls to potential clients in the US, Canada, and Mexico markets, promoting our Cyber Security and GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) solutions and services.
- This role requires excellent communication skills with a proper US accent, prior tele calling experience, and domain knowledge of cybersecurity and GRC solutions to effectively engage prospects and generate qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Outreach: Make outbound calls to prospects in the US, Canada, and Mexico markets with professionalism and confidence, using a proper US accent.
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Engage with potential clients, understand their cybersecurity and GRC needs, and qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
- Product & Domain Knowledge: Clearly communicate the features, benefits, and value propositions of our Cyber Security & GRC solutions to prospects.
- Follow-up & Customer Engagement: Maintain consistent follow-ups, schedule meetings or demos, and nurture relationships for potential conversions.
- Data Entry & CRM Management: Accurately record call details, client interactions, and status updates in the CRM system.
- Achieve Targets: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets set by the management.
- Feedback & Reporting: Provide insights from customer interactions to help refine campaigns and strategies.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated with the latest trends, threats, and standards in cybersecurity and GRC to better address customer queries.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Prior experience in outbound calling/telemarketing, preferably in US/Canada/Mexico markets.
- Excellent communication skills with a proper US accent.
- Proven experience in B2B tele calling, especially in Cyber Security & GRC domain.
- Strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
- Ability to understand technical solutions and articulate their benefits clearly.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting targets.
- Good listening skills and customer orientation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of cybersecurity threats, solutions, and GRC frameworks.
- Experience in tech or SaaS sales.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related fields.
