Overview:
**Job Description: 7+ years of experience**

1) Responsible for reviewing maintaining, and updating security policies, procedures, and standards/baselines as per ISMS guidelines.

2) Drive Security Compliance Monitoring

3) Work with different stakeholders including external auditors, business leaders, CIS teams, Security domain leads to understand all security requirements

4) Risk assessment for IT security and work on highlights vulnerabilities with different stakeholders and track the same.

5) Adoption of global framework such as NIST Cyber Security framework, ITGC control and follows the CIS guidelines etc.

6) Proactive participation in all internal, external and SEBI Audit calls and providing responses/evidence to all audits queries

7) Perform internal security audits, system audits with multiple authorized bodies (KPMG,Deloitte,GT-Grant Thornton, E&Y,IBM)

8) Actively involved in ISO Sustenance to work on Iterations with BSI auditors

9) As a performer actively involved in various compliance task (Access control review-PIM/Cisco ISE and RSA token and prepare the sheet with findings and upload on ECD (Enterprise Compliance Dashboard)

11) Works on Configuration audits and get it align with CIS defined matrix/guidelines and same coordinating with Security team.

12) Compliance monitoring on various operation process like Backup management, Capacity management, Patch management, Availability management

13) Monitoring compliance score on Incident /Problem and request fulfillment management and actively involved to improve the process score.

14) Actively participate in Weekly customer meetings and showcase the pending if any audit open points, compliance on (for eg: AV/Windows server upgrade track/Log assurance for various security solutions and integration tracking with ArcSight SIEM)

15) As a GRC consultant, actively worked with NSE IT GRC teams and review the various compliance task/audits on SLA/SLM.
