Job Description Responsibilities: - Lead and manage theentire Finance & Accounts function at the plant. - Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, and inventory accounting. - Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis. - Implement and controlcosting systems, standard costing, and cost variance analysis. - Ensure timely preparation and submission ofMIS reportsand financial statements. - Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits. - Ensure compliance with allstatutory and regulatory requirements(GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, etc.). - Drive process improvements, internal controls, and automation initiatives. - Liaise with corporate finance, operations, and other functional heads for financial planning and strategy. - Monitor working capital, cash flows, and support capex planning for plant operations. Key Skills & Competencies: - Strong knowledge of accounting standards, costing, taxation, and compliance. - Hands-on experience inplant finance & cost control. - Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably SAP). - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Ability to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
