Product Sales Specialist - Event Ticketing
We are looking for a Sales Specialist to drive business development and outbound sales for our event ticketing platform. This role involves prospecting, conducting market research, and directly engaging with potential customers to build relationships and close deals. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from the first contact to product demos, negotiations, and renewals.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential event organizers, promoters, and venues through prospecting and market research.
- Conduct business development activities through direct outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Deliver product demos, explaining the value of our ticketing platform.
- Manage deal closures by handling negotiations and addressing client concerns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure renewals and repeat business.
- Track and report on sales performance.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or outbound lead generation.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to independently find and engage potential leads.
- Experience with product demos and handling objections.
- Prior experience in event ticketing or working with event organizers is a plus.
