The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of coffee brewing techniques and a guest-centric mindset aligned with a premium hospitality brand. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve high-quality hot and cold beverages including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty coffees Operate coffee machines, grinders, and related equipment efficiently Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation as per FSSAI standards Engage with guests professionally and provide personalized service Take customer orders accurately and handle payments when required Manage stock levels, report shortages, and minimize wastage Follow brand SOPs, safety guidelines, and service standards Eligibility & Requirements Proven experience as a Barista in a hotel, caf, or luxury food & beverage outlet Knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art (preferred) Good communication and interpersonal skills Well-groomed with a positive attitude and team spirit Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays What We Offer Opportunity to work with a growing luxury hospitality brand Food and accommodation provided Professional work environment with learning and growth opportunities
