Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Barista role located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a range of beverages, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and handling food preparation tasks. Additional responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring orders are prepared accurately and efficiently while adhering to quality standards. Qualifications - Proficiency in barista skills, including preparing and serving a variety of beverages. - Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills to engage with both customers and team members. - Customer service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences and handling inquiries professionally. - Basic food preparation skills and knowledge of food safety practices. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively. - Prior experience as a barista or in the food and beverage industry is a plus. - Passion for engaging with people and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
