Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Barista located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and specialty beverages, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, assisting customers with their orders, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include operating coffee machines, handling food preparation, and managing cash transactions.

  • Strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a cafe or restaurant setting is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
