The role also involves food preparation tasks, assisting with inventory management, and contributing to a welcoming atmosphere to ensure an excellent customer experience. Qualifications - Strong Barista skills, including familiarity with coffee-making equipment and techniques - Effective Communication and excellent Interpersonal Skills to interact with customers and team members - Customer Service skills and a commitment to delivering a positive guest experience - Experience in Food Preparation, such as handling and preparing food items with care - Punctuality, attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new processes - Previous experience in a similar role is mandatory
