We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Accounts Executive to join our team at Wayanad Kalpetta Branch a leading Modular Interior Company The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the industry As an Accounts Executive you will play a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of our projects and ensuring the smooth operation of our accounting processes Responsibilities Manage all aspects of accounts receivable and accounts payable including invoicing bill payments and collections Reconcile financial statements and bank accounts to ensure accuracy and transparency in financial reporting Prepare and process payroll for employees in compliance with company policies and regulations Monitor cash flow and budgetary allocations to support project planning and resource management Assist in the preparation of financial reports forecasts and budgets for management review Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate terms to optimize cost savings and procurement efficiency Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or related field Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance preferably in the interior design industry Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities to address financial discrepancies and challenges Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of relevant accounting principles regulations and standards A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to evolving business needs Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Accounting 4 years Preferred Tally 4 years Preferred total work 4 years Preferred License Certification CA-Inter Preferred Work Location In person
