Job Summary We are looking for a friendly organized and proactive Receptionist cum Office Assistant to join our team The ideal candidate will manage front-desk operations while providing day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth office functioning This role is perfect for someone with strong communication skills a positive attitude and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Key Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors clients and employees in a professional manner Answer screen and forward phone calls handle inquiries and take messages Manage incoming and outgoing mail emails and packages Maintain reception area and meeting rooms to ensure they are clean organized and presentable Assist with scheduling meetings appointments and travel arrangements Prepare file and organize documents reports and records Support administrative tasks such as data entry photocopying scanning and printing Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors when necessary Assist management and staff with any additional administrative tasks as needed Perform basic bookkeeping support if applicable such as handling invoices or expense tracking Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree Proven experience as a receptionist front desk representative or office assistant preferred Proficiency in MS Office Word Excel Outlook Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Work Schedule Full-time specify hours e g Monday-Friday 9 AM-5 PM On-site Salary Competitive salary based on experience you may specify range if desired Job Type Full-time Work Location In person
