Eligibility Criteria:

- Experience: Minimum 1 year in Sales & Marketing (BFSI/Life Insurance preferred)

- Qualification: Graduation (Mandatory)

- Compensation: - 4.25 LPA + Attractive Incentives

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Goal-oriented with excellent sales planning & forecasting abilities

- Collaborative mindset and a team-player

- Passion for customer service and relationship building

Key Responsibilities:

- Work on leads provided by the company.

- Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and provide suitable solutions.

- Effectively explain policy benefits, terms, and features.

- Schedule and conduct meetings with interested clients.

- Create customized financial presentations aligned with client budgets.

- Maintain consistent follow-ups to nurture client relationships.

- Organize and conduct sales visits.
