Key Responsibilities - Connect with potential students and parents via calls, emails, and social media platforms. - Counsel students on Medway’s courses, programs, and career opportunities. - Understand student interests and guide them in selecting the right course. - Follow up with leads consistently to ensure conversions and meet targets. - Maintain and update lead data using CRM tools. - Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, events, and promotional activities. - Represent Medway at education fairs, webinars, and outreach programs. - Build and maintain long-term relationships with students and parents. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in any field. - 0–1 year of experience in counseling, sales, or business development (freshers encouraged to apply). - Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. - Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities. - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working under targets. - Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
